This policy explains how LIL WABBIT LIMITED ("we") handles data in Lil Wabbit Working Capital, an internal reporting tool. Our website privacy policy covers visits and purchases on lilwabbit.co.uk.

Data we read. From our own QuickBooks Online company, the tool reads accounting records: customers, suppliers, invoices, bills, payments, purchases, deposits, accounts and balances. These can include names and business contact details of customers and suppliers.

Why we use it. To understand and forecast our own cash flow and working capital, on the basis of our legitimate business interest in managing our finances.

Where it is stored. In a private MotherDuck database in the Dublin region, within the European Union. Connection credentials are encrypted.

Who can access it. Only authorised people at our company. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. Our service providers process it only to run the tool: MotherDuck hosts the data, and we may use Anthropic's Claude, an AI assistant, to help build the tool and analyse the data.

How long we keep it. While the tool is in use. If we stop using it, we disconnect it and delete the stored data.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@lilwabbit.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The tool also reads supplier emails in our business mailbox to find bills and orders, using AI services provided through MotherDuck.
