Refund policy
All of our items are quality checked before we send them, but if for any reason your item arrives with damage or faults, or you are unhappy with the service you have received, please get in touch with us at hello@lilwabbit.co.uk and we will be able to resolve your issues.
In the event that you require a refund, we ask that once you have emailed us, you post your unwanted items back to us within 14 days. Once we have received the items, we will refund you via the original payment method within 5 working days.
If you post your items back to us, we cannot refund any items lost in transit, so please consider using recorded delivery. As a small business, we cannot cover the cost of your return postage.
Please bear in mind that delivery costs will be refunded on faulty products, but won’t be refunded on returns or exchanges.
Cancellations - If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to hello@lilwabbit.co.uk before you receive a dispatch notice. Unfortunately, any cancellation emails received after we have sent a dispatch notice cannot be accepted.
